About The Position

The Account Executive acts as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Demonstrating superior communication and negotiation skills, this role will act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end. The Account Executive contributes to an increase in sales and maintains our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of SAAS products, MS Office and CRM Software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • Strong team player
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, with a sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on company success

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and foster long-term relationship with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients.
  • Resolve problems and handle issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify new potential customers.
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches. Learn new product and services features and benefits.
  • Establish best practices.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Create detailed sales business plans
  • Set and manage sales goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Assist in finding prospects and leads. Identify new sales opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Provide customer support when needed
  • Provide professional after-sales support
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on key sales performance analytics. Prepare and present reports on KPIs
