About The Position

Aramark Refreshments is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. In this role, you will secure new client meetings and build a strong sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting and relationship development. The Account Executive is responsible for researching prospective clients prior to initial meetings and designing tailored programs that address customer needs and business objectives. This role focuses on converting opportunities into closed deals by delivering compelling solutions and a strong client experience. You will lead pricing discussions, recommend appropriate product and equipment solutions, and coordinate program demonstrations in collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service.
  • Shown success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, from a CEO to a front office professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.
  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.
  • Secure prospective client appointments via participation in targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
  • Update sales software database daily/weekly as advised by Sales Management.
  • Prepare and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all requirements, timelines, and pricing components are met accurately and professionally.
  • Research prospective clients and prepare for appointments by tailoring sales materials and leveraging available internal resources.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Aramark Refreshments solutions and secure new business.
  • Implement appropriate follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process.
  • Coordinate closely with internal partners and client stakeholders to ensure installation timelines and deliverables are met.
