As an Account Executive at Access Fathom, you help accounting firms and advisory practices make better financial decisions using software that’s built for how they really work. You like autonomy, move quickly, and take accountability seriously. You’re comfortable balancing inbound trial leads with creating your own opportunities, and you care about building genuine relationships, not just closing deals. Requirements

  • Experience selling software as a service in a business-to-business environment, with confidence running the full sales cycle end to end.
  • Experience working with accounting firms, bookkeepers, or finance leaders, or familiarity with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.
  • A consultative sales approach, with strong listening skills and the ability to explain value in a clear, practical way.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, target-driven environment where you generate your own pipeline as well as working inbound leads.

Responsibilities

  • Own a named territory and manage a healthy pipeline of inbound trial leads and self-sourced opportunities across accounting firms and small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Run consultative discovery calls, product demos, and close deals, from single-firm licences through to larger multi-entity agreements.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and support long-term customer growth and retention.
  • Keep your customer relationship management system up to date, forecast accurately, and share insights from the field to help shape product and go-to-market decisions.
