About The Position

As an Account Executive at Citian, you're on the frontline of driving our company's growth in new and existing markets across the U.S. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and driving the full sales cycle: developing relationships through outbound activities, qualifying leads, and closing the deal. You will be traveling to various trade shows and conferences to build leads and our brand. You're confident in speaking to new prospects and developing these into leads and successful outcomes. You're a quick learner and adaptable and have a strong desire to progress through the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle Sales experience ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience managing Sales pipeline within Salesforce or other CRM
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, team-based, fast-moving environment
  • Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with outbound prospecting
  • Ability to travel to various local and national events as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with state and local governments
  • Public sector government Sales experience preferred.
