About The Position
Georgia Hospice Care is seeking a relationship-driven healthcare sales professional to serve as the primary liaison between its hospice agency and local healthcare providers. The Account Executive builds relationships and develops referral opportunities so patients and families can access high-quality, compassionate hospice services. This field-based role involves daily interaction with healthcare providers, patients, and community partners and coordination with internal clinical teams to support seamless transitions into hospice care.
Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Minimum of an associate degree in the field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field.
- Two years of sales experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently, and to lift at least 25 pounds and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
- Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and patient eligibility.
- Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
- Maintain accurate referral documentation and communication with care teams.
