About The Position

This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term partnerships within the long-term care and senior living sectors. The Account Executive acts as the strategic face of the brand, ensuring partners have the necessary support for exceptional patient outcomes. It's a retention-focused role where success is measured by the strength and longevity of client relationships, offering true account ownership and direct influence on company expansion. The position involves working closely with leadership and building meaningful relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare community.

Requirements

  • Proven success in an Account Executive or Account Management role.
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, LTC, or SNF experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support existing client accounts by coordinating high-level meetings and tracking facility needs.
  • Act as a strategic liaison, bridging customer feedback with internal leadership teams for seamless service.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data to identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a presence in the community, becoming a trusted resource for LTC and SNF administrators.
