This role involves leading the execution of client strategy in collaboration with clinical, client services, and operations teams. You will build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships at all levels through effective communication, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. A key part of the role is collaborating with internal departments to develop and deliver client reporting packages that support client strategy through data analysis. You will also identify and present benefit design and up-sell opportunities, leverage knowledge of the PBM and Pharmacy industries for a consultative approach, and drive client renewals. Owning contracting processes, including negotiations and compliance, is essential. You will participate in resolving escalated client issues, support sales initiatives through RFP processes, and assist with onboarding new business. Additionally, you will identify market and organization needs, share information with internal stakeholders to improve client experience and drive success, and assist in identifying and defining solutions for business line issues. Other duties may be assigned.
