•$250,000 - $300,000

About The Position

Trellis is hiring an Account Executive to own new business with oncology providers, from independent community practices to multi-site oncology networks. The role focuses on helping oncology teams reduce delays in authorization and financial clearance so patients can begin treatment sooner and practices can improve reimbursement operations. Trellis builds AI agents that automate document intake, prior authorizations, and appeals, and support coverage determinations and cost responsibility. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, build pipeline, sell to clinical practice and revenue-cycle stakeholders, develop ROI cases, navigate practice- and network-level decision-making, and work with the deployment team to turn pilots into production and expand across sites. The position offers $250,000–$300,000 OTE, based on a 50/50 split between base salary and commission, plus meaningful equity. Trellis describes itself as a Stanford AI Lab spinout backed by leading investors.
