About The Position

Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Executives will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven work experience as an Account manager, or other relevant sales experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Experience in the cosmetic industry is a must.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Knowledge of advertising, merchandising and sales promotion techniques
  • Able to work under pressure & tight schedule.
  • Ability to be a team player.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
  • Adapt to changes & environment quickly.
  • Effective problem solver
  • Multi-functional and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently/ be a self-Starter.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Must be highly analytical and detail oriented.
  • A willingness to work a flexible schedule and take significant local travels with valid driver’s license, and occasional overnight travel to meet current and potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Sephora.
  • Participate, lead, or facilitate high impact training that includes key retailer specific trainings.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and the achievement of successful sales results.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Improve the entire customer experience.
