About The Position

Delta Defense is hiring an Outside Sales Account Executive to represent the U.S. Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) in the Wichita, Kansas territory. Delta Defense supports USCCA marketing, operations, and customer service. The role brings the organization’s mission of helping responsibly armed Americans protect themselves to local ranges, retailers, training partners, and community members. This is a face-to-face, relationship-driven sales position focused on building trust and credibility. The Account Executive develops local partnerships, gives presentations—often after concealed-carry classes—and educates individuals about training, education, and self-defense liability protection. The role uses ethical, consultative sales techniques to close USCCA memberships, manage and grow a territory pipeline, and provide a strong member experience. The schedule includes evenings and weekends to align with range classes and retail activity, with daytime flexibility but not a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. Travel is approximately 70% within the territory, and the employee is home every night with minimal exceptions. The first five weeks include required, paid training, with on-site orientation at company headquarters, self-paced learning, and virtual and in-person instructor-led classroom training. Full availability throughout the program is required. Compensation includes a $70,000 annual base guaranteed for the first 12 months, plus a flat 12% commission on eligible new USCCA memberships and spousal add-ons. Commissions become payable after the member remains active for 90 days and are paid on the 10th of the fourth month after the sale. Additional offerings include mileage reimbursement, a tax-free car allowance, a monthly cell phone allowance, company-provided computer equipment and branded apparel, and the opportunity to earn a Top Shots sales trip.
