The Account Executive's position is to turn prospective clients into clients by understanding the prospective client's needs, matching those needs to our services offering, overcoming objections, negotiating contractual terms, and facilitating a successful handoff to the onboarding team. Additionally, the Account Executive is responsible for driving top of funnel creation through all forms of prospecting including forming strategic alliances, networking, and doing direct outbound prospecting. The Account Executive will be the face of the company for prospective clients and is responsible for providing an overview of our solution to expand our clientele. It is expected that the Account Executive will meet with prospective clients, either on site or virtually, to discuss and understand the prospective client's IT needs. Driving the sales process from inception to deal closure will be a key component of the success of this role. Technical literacy is a part of this job, as you will be directly translating technical solutions to decision makers and working with a solutions engineer internally. This role will assist in servicing a variety of clients and working with executives, business owners, managers, end users, and internal staff. You must demonstrate superior communication and organizational skills to respond to diverse and sometimes urgent needs all while exemplifying excellent customer service.
