About The Position
Quadient is seeking motivated early-career professionals for an Entry-Level Account Executive position. This role is designed as a structured career path to develop into a successful Account Executive, providing training, mentorship, and support. The position involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and helping customers identify solutions. It is a hybrid role based near Northern New Jersey/Staten Island, requiring regular customer visits 2-3 times per week while also incorporating remote and field-based work. No prior sales experience is necessary, as the company provides the necessary tools, coaching, and development.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Comfortable learning new technologies and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience
- Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings
