Requirements

• Ability to develop sales skills, achieve results and elevate to new roles within the department
• Strong oral and written communication skills complimented by strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new clients for AlphaKOR.
• Make sales calls and contact both potential and present customers.
• Follow up on qualified leads from AlphaKOR sales team.
• Market products and services to new and existing customer base.
• Generate business through phone, e-mail, face-to-face meetings and business associations.
• Guide potential customers to discover their requirements and then offer the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled.
• Meet or exceed the sales quotas as set by your manager.
• Keep records of all interactions with customers.
• Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Attend business associations as agreed upon with your manager.
• Adhere to AlphaKOR quoting, credit term, follow-up and related scheduler.
• Be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge.
• Develop innovative and creative sales techniques.
• Give demonstrations to customers and educate them about the product.
