The role involves closing deals from day one and building the sales infrastructure for scalability. The company is building an AI-led approach to commercial insurance distribution, aiming to make humans more effective and improve customer experience. They are experiencing rapid growth, adding approximately 1,000 customers per month and growing 100x since last year. The Account Executive will work directly with founders, without a committee or approval chain, and will own the outcome of their deals. While insurance expertise is not required initially, training will be provided.
