About The Position

The B2B SaaS Sales Executive is responsible for driving new revenue and expansion for AXOMO by selling our SaaS platform to mid-market and enterprise customers. This role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, close, and expansion. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands complex B2B buying cycles, can sell to multiple stakeholders, and thrives in a quota-driven SaaS environment. You will focus on solving operational and engagement challenges through software—not physical products—while building long-term customer value.

Requirements

  • Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
  • Must perform Pre-Employment drug test
  • 2-5 years’ experience as a SaaS sales representative
  • Proven ability to sell B2B SaaS solutions in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Comfortable presenting software solutions to executive-level audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Ability to understand customer workflows, identify inefficiencies, and position SaaS solutions as strategic tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Ability to travel periodically for trade shows, conferences, or customer meetings
  • Professional presence, confidence, and credibility with prospects and clients
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and sales tools
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Associates Degree (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for AXOMO, from demo through close and expansion
  • Deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations based on prospect business needs, workflows, and pain points
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Executive leadership
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for mid-market and enterprise prospects
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive pipeline growth and customer retention
  • Maintain a deep understanding of AXOMO’s SaaS capabilities, roadmap, and competitive differentiation
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and revenue using CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Represent AXOMO at relevant B2B trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and SaaS service agreements aligned with company guidelines

Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $90,000–$175,000 annually, based on performance.
