About The Position

About BrightWatch BrightWatch is a fast-growing commercial security integration firm specializing in video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems. We partner with industry-leading platforms like Verkada to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across Texas and beyond. We're building a serious sales organization - and we want people who already know this space. The Role We're looking for a driven, experienced Sales Executive to take ownership of a territory and build a pipeline from the ground up. You'll work directly with leadership to target and close commercial accounts - multi-locational operations, logistics facilities, healthcare, commercial real estate, and more. This isn't a training-wheel role. If you know the industry, know how to prospect, and know how to close, we want to talk.

Requirements

  • Security integration industry experience strongly preferred - familiarity with Verkada, Eagle Eye, Brivo, Axis, Genetec, Lenel, or similar platforms is a genuine advantage
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting skills - you know how to open doors, not just manage inbound leads
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Self-directed with strong time management; comfortable in a high-growth, lean environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new commercial accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from first call to signed contract
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at the property, operations, and executive level
  • Leverage our CRM (Zoho) to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with project management and operations to ensure seamless handoffs and client satisfaction
  • Represent BrightWatch at trade shows, industry events, and partner events
