Requirements

  • Some business-to-business sales experience.
  • A consistent track record of achieving, or exceeding, sales goals.
  • Strong motivation to beat personal records, expect the best from oneself, and continuously improve.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and map out daily activities with prospects.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment.
  • Live within commuting distance of our office in Lincoln.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS sales experience.
  • Knowledgeable about sports (e.g., experience as an athlete, coach, or administrator).
  • Prior Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities

  • Own a sales cycle, collaborating with commissioners, athletic directors, and coaches to ensure their schools and teams have the resources needed for development and improvement.
  • Close sales over the phone and through online demos, understanding that increased calls and demos lead to more sales.
  • Work across multiple sports, understanding how every team can benefit from video analysis, regardless of the sport.
  • Occasionally travel to the assigned territory to be on the front lines with prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales Development Representatives to ensure growth across all sports, product verticals, and locations, and to support customer journeys with Hudl.
