About The Position

At Hudl, we build great teams and foster a culture where everyone feels supported, aiming to be the team behind the team that supports the lifelong impact sports can have. Our products help teams analyze data, capture video, and share highlights. We are looking for an Account Executive to drive market development for net new or acquisition revenue and expand current accounts, focusing on Junior Colleges in the Northeast region of the United States. This role involves owning the sales cycle, collaborating with key stakeholders, closing sales via phone and online demos, and working across multiple sports. Occasional travel to the territory is expected. Hudl pairs Account Executives with Customer Success Managers and Sales Development Representatives to ensure comprehensive growth and customer support. This role requires in-office presence in Lincoln, 3 days a week.

Requirements

  • Some business-to-business sales experience.
  • A consistent track record of achieving, or even exceeding, goals.
  • Motivation to beat your own records, expect the best from yourself, and continuously improve.
  • Organizational skills to map out your days with prospects.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS experience.
  • Knowledgeable about sports (e.g., experience as an athlete, coach, or administrator).
  • Prior Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities

  • Own a sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with commissioners, athletic directors, and coaches to ensure their schools and teams have the resources they need for development and improvement.
  • Close sales on the phone and through online demos.
  • Work across multiple sports, understanding how every team can benefit from video analysis.
  • Occasionally visit your territory to be on the front lines with prospective customers.
