As an early Account Executive at Rebar you’ll pair real selling craft with a builder's mindset, partnering directly with our founders and serving as the bridge between customers and product. The edge here isn't a script. It's that you'll run a prospect's actual plans through the product live on the call, and show them their own takeoff in real time. That works when you can earn a skeptical operator's trust and genuinely speak their world, whether you already know the takeoff workflow cold or you're hungry to learn it fast. This role is for a strong closer who wants to help modernize one of the last untouched sectors at massive scale.
