  • Relevant Degree — Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a closely related field, or equivalent related experience, is required to demonstrate foundational knowledge needed to support client communications, develop campaign execution plans, coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, and contribute to successful campaign execution and business results.
  • Agency Account Experience — 1-3 years of verifiable experience in agency account management, integrated marketing, or corporate marketing is required, including responsibility for coordinating deliverables, managing timelines and approvals, and supporting execution of multi-channel campaigns for assigned clients, markets, or business units.
  • Campaign Execution Experience — Demonstrated experience supporting and executing integrated marketing, advertising, media, or client-service initiatives that required coordination of deliverables, timelines, approvals, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Experience should show an ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to successful campaign delivery and client outcomes.
  • Office Proficiency — No mandatory certification is required, but candidates must demonstrate practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat through formal coursework, employer-validated training, or work samples that show accurate budget management, status tracking, and client-ready presentation development.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Training — Optional credentials or documented training in project management, account service, marketing operations, or digital marketing coordination may be considered a positive differentiator when they provide verifiable evidence of process discipline, stakeholder communication, project execution, and workflow management directly relevant to coordinating integrated marketing campaigns and client initiatives.
