About The Position

The Account Executive is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving profitable sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role combines proactive business development with account management, using industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach to expand market presence and deliver effective solutions. Working closely with branch staff and internal teams, the Account Executive supports smooth sales processes, resolves customer needs, and represents the company with professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is motivated to build relationships and grow the business.

Requirements

  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Team player mentality
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Pool industry experience required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
  • Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50lbs
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel within assigned region and to company events
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Prospect new accounts through proactive outreach and territory planning
  • Communicate product offerings, promotions, and business updates effectively
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Working knowledge of company operations including order processing, shipping, and accounting
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute strategic insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support account management and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate sales activity and performance reports
  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, meetings, and training events.
