We’re looking for an Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle and help banks, credit unions, and fintechs understand how Themis can transform the way they manage governance, risk, and compliance. In this role you’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business across a portfolio of financial institutions and fintechs. You’ll run discovery, lead product demonstrations alongside our team, navigate complex evaluations, and build the business case that earns the trust of compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate pairs strong sales fundamentals with genuine curiosity about the regulated environments our customers operate in. You are comfortable selling a technical, consultative product, you are organized and disciplined in how you manage a pipeline, and you take ownership of your number.
