Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices. We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service. We have carved out a highly differentiated position in a massive PropTech market, our customers love us (98% lifetime retention), and we recently closed a successful Series A funding round with a proven sales process. The Role Our current AE team already consistently beats quota, with all existing AEs having closed seven figures in revenue last year. Our existing AEs, however, are focused on our mid-market opportunities. We want to build out an AE team to on our SMB market segment, starting with you! You'll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), as you work together to close deals and write our SMB playbook. He's closed 40 SMB deals himself, and will help you close your first 40. Once you've done that, you'll move to our GTM org, reporting to the CRO. Our mid-market sellers followed the same path, and success here could result in you helping to build out our SMB team, shifting into a mid-market AE role, or more.
