About The Position

Solink is seeking a driven and energetic Account Executive to join their fast-growing SMB Sales team, focusing on Regulated Markets. This role involves selling Solink's cloud-based platform, which transforms video security into real-time operational insights, to licensed cannabis retailers and operators. The Account Executive will be responsible for helping these businesses stay compliant, reduce loss, and gain operational visibility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals in a SaaS sales environment. Solink is a rapidly growing company recognized for its innovation and positive work culture, with a mission to safeguard what matters most by providing actionable insights from video security.

Nice To Haves

  • Cannabis Industry Experience: Selling into licensed cannabis retailers or operators, especially multi-store or enterprise groups.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with cannabis compliance, loss prevention, and audit-driven environments.
  • Cannabis Retail Background: Previous work experience in a cannabis retail or licensed operator setting.

Responsibilities
