About The Position

Solink is seeking a driven and energetic Account Executive to join their fast-growing sales team. This role focuses on selling Solink's cloud-based platform, which transforms video security into real-time operational insights, to licensed cannabis retailers and operators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping these businesses stay compliant, reduce loss, and gain operational visibility in a highly regulated industry. Solink is a rapidly growing company recognized for its innovation and positive work environment, with a mission to safeguard what matters most by providing businesses with tools to know sooner and act faster.

Nice To Haves

  • Cannabis Industry Experience: Selling into licensed cannabis retailers or operators, especially multi-store or enterprise groups.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with cannabis compliance, loss prevention, and audit-driven environments.
  • Cannabis Retail Background: Previous work experience in a cannabis retail or licensed operator setting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead every step from discovery and demos to pricing, negotiation, and closing deals with confidence and precision.
  • Deliver High-Impact Demos: Present Solink’s platform in a compelling way that addresses each customer’s unique challenges and goals.
  • Hit (and Exceed) Your Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quota, focusing on quality conversations, qualified pipeline, and long-term customer value.
