About The Position

This is a full-cycle role where you will build your own pipeline, run your own deals, and close. You'll be selling into VP Digital, VP eCommerce, and VP Loyalty at omnichannel retailers. You know this world, have relationships in it, and are motivated by the chance to define a category. This role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission with an OTE range of $180,000–$240,000, and includes equity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3 years selling into retail or omnichannel brands.
  • A real network — you can name VP-level contacts at midmarket and enterprise retailers and get them to take a call.
  • Comfort with technical buyers and the ability to hold your own in a conversation about APIs, loyalty systems, and commerce stacks.
  • You prefer to hunt. You're energized by building pipeline from scratch, not managing an inbound queue.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling integration platforms, commerce technology, or SaaS infrastructure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and close net-new retail accounts with no inbound dependency.
  • Run multi-threaded deals across commerce, digital, and technical stakeholders.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline in CRM with disciplined forecasting.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to scope proofs of concept and translate merchant requirements into clear SOWs.
  • Represent Satsuma at industry events and use your network as an asset from day one.
