About The Position

Colt is expanding its presence in the fast‑growing US NeoScaler ecosystem, working with AI infrastructure providers, GPU cloud platforms, neoclouds and next‑generation data center operators. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated sales professional to acquire new customers while also managing early‑stage accounts as they scale. Over time, the role will naturally transition into a full strategic account management position as accounts mature.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business sales within telecom, cloud, data center, AI/GPU or digital infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and driving growth post‑acquisition.
  • Ability to engage credibly with senior technical and business decision‑makers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence long‑term customer strategy.
  • Commercial acumen, curiosity and a passion for emerging technologies.
  • A self‑starter with a hunter mindset who is also motivated to build long‑term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and grow new NeoScaler customers across the United States, targeting AI, GPU, cloud and digital infrastructure innovators.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Position Colt’s digital infrastructure and connectivity solutions to support rapid customer scaling.
  • Manage early‑stage customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, growth and retention.
  • Transition into a dedicated account manager role as new‑logo wins evolve into long‑term strategic accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams across engineering, product, business development and marketing to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and qualification using modern sales methodologies.
  • Travel as needed across the US to meet prospective and existing customers.
