About The Position

Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver to drive growth within its Mid-Market segment, helping essential industries build and maintain the world's infrastructure while transforming the way work gets done through innovative AECO software solutions. In this role, you will be the primary growth driver for our AECO software portfolio, acting as a strategic partner to our customers by uncovering critical pain points and shaping the future of digital construction through high-impact expansion and relationship building.

Requirements

3+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions with a focus on strategy and negotiation.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of at least $1M.
Advanced communication skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience within the construction industry or selling SaaS specifically for construction stakeholders.
Expertise in navigating complex multi-level organizational structures within the AECO market.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the growth of established AECO accounts by uncovering expansion opportunities and delivering solutions that address critical business needs.
Orchestrate the end-to-end buying process, collaborating with product experts and engineers to close medium and large-scale software contracts.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching territory trends and developing long-range strategic sales plans.
Cultivate deep relationships across multiple customer personas to expand the scope and impact of Trimble's digital ecosystem.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while staying at the forefront of product innovation and construction industry trends.
