Requirements

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in SaaS solutions.
Demonstrated expertise in account management, strategic negotiation, and closing complex deals.
Strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar enterprise CRM tools.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Deep domain knowledge within the architecture, engineering, construction, or operations industries.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage and grow an active sales pipeline to consistently exceed revenue targets.
Craft clear, professional proposals and lead responses to RFIs and RFPs tailored to client needs.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers through impactful, face-to-face engagements.
Deliver regular strategic updates and accurate sales forecasts on performance and market opportunities.
