Jobber is seeking an Account Executive - Inbound to join their Sales department. Jobber's mission is to help small businesses, specifically in the home services sector (plumbers, painters, landscapers), succeed by providing technology solutions for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets.
  • Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment with a fairly short sales cycle.
  • Energized by high volume and the prospect of uncapped earning potential.
  • Driven, tenacious and disciplined.
  • Ability to find solutions and think quickly on your feet.
  • Data driven: ability to source, interpret and create a narrative based on data.
  • Coachable and adaptable, flexible and good with change and ambiguity.
  • Enjoy technology and want to share excitement about empowering the world with mobile technology.
  • Clear and confident communication style with the ability to actively listen and consult.
  • Previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, preferably SalesForce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive connection with potential customers through phone, email, and sms outreach.
  • Connect with small businesses to develop an understanding of their challenges and goals.
  • Provide recommendations on how to best utilize Jobber, from specific workflows to feature fits.
  • Demonstrate the value of Jobber through conversation, social proof and product demonstrations
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to create a strong customer experience and exposure to the Jobber product
  • Manage and close opportunities generated by SDRs
  • Run discovery calls and deliver product demos
  • Close new business and help customers confidently choose Jobber
  • Attach add ons users and other features that help customers get more value from Jobber
  • Book new customers into onboarding to set them up for success
  • Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up, knowledge sharing, and analytics.
