About The Position

Bell Flavors & Fragrances, a global leader in flavor innovation, is hiring a passionate and results-driven Flavor Sales Account Executive to join our team in the enchanting Northern California region. We’re looking for candidates residing in California (CA), Washington (WA), or Oregon (OR). As a Flavor Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of generating sales with both new and existing clients for the West Coast. Your ability to exceed sales quotas and manage business relationships for major accounts will be crucial in aligning with Bell's goals while ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements

• BS in Food, Business, Marketing, or related Science, business
• Minimum 5+ years of selling ingredients, flavors, or related experience
• Proven experience in flavor sales or a related industry.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and renew accounts while building new client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
• Residing in California (CA), Washington (WA), or Oregon (OR)

Responsibilities

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, decision-makers, and owners in the West Coast region.
• Develop detailed business plans to facilitate goal and quota attainment, aligning with Bell's overarching objectives.
• Take the lead in the development and delivery of projects and presentations to clients, bringing the allure of flavor formulas to life.
• Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand evolving needs, promptly respond to complaints, and resolve issues for overall customer contentment.
• Expand your expertise by actively participating in educational opportunities, engaging with professional organizations, and networking within the vibrant Southeastern business community.
• Become an active member of the Sales team, playing a key role in onboarding and integrating new clients and fostering existing relationships within the West Coast territory.
• Liaise seamlessly between the customer and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of progress on monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
