The Account Executive, Consumer Ticket Sales is responsible for driving new business through the sale of Edmonton Oilers Season Seats and Partial Plans. This role focuses on building meaningful connections with individual consumers to deliver high-impact, live entertainment experiences that drive long-term value and excitement.

  • Must have access to a vehicle and a valid Alberta Driver’s License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • You understand that the professional sports & entertainment industry often results in odd and unpredictable working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Sell Season Seats and Partial Plans for the Edmonton Oilers
  • Sell single-game Premium rentals for the Edmonton Oilers as required
  • Create and build relationships with new sales prospects
  • Responsible for upselling select current clients
  • Completes new business prospecting outreach via phone, SMS and email
  • Participates in in-game sales initiatives via sales booth, influencers, hosting and tours
