About The Position

Charlotte Motor Speedway is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate. This is a part-time, in-person position that will be scheduled for up to 30 hours per week. The role requires flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts. The company operates on four core principles: taking care of teammates, being known for remarkable events, positively impacting the community, and profitably improving. Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal/written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue through ticket sales, camping, and value-added up-sales via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily touchpoint goals with a heavy emphasis on Outbound Calls.
  • Achieve 50+ outbound calls per day and 80+ touchpoints per day.
  • Renew, upgrade, and sell new tickets for NASCAR, NHRA, and World of Outlaws World Finals events.
  • Build relationships with new and returning fans to provide ticketing, camping, and upgrade packages that best fit each customer’s individual needs.
  • Play an integral role in the Consumer Sales team’s revenue goals.
  • Represent Charlotte Motor Speedway with professionalism and enthusiasm at Events onsite & offsite.
  • Maintain list of consumers and prospects within our CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with other assigned event responsibilities.
