This is hands-on commodity trading — buying, selling, negotiating, and executing real deals with real shipments. In this role, you will build your own book of business by developing relationships with suppliers and customers, identifying opportunities, and closing transactions in a fast-paced market. Deals can close in one day. Prices move daily. Shipments can take months. You don’t just close deals — you own them from negotiation to final delivery. You’ll operate in a competitive, margin-driven environment where speed and judgment matter. You’ll need to: Identify real opportunities quickly Make confident pricing and negotiation decisions Stay disciplined to protect margins Follow through on execution over weeks or months This role rewards people who take initiative, stay sharp, and perform consistently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing full B2B sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in short, fast-paced sales cycles
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership and act
  • Organized enough to manage both closing and follow-through
  • Bilingual (French & English)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commodities, distribution, logistics, construction materials, or agriculture is an asset

Responsibilities
