EndeavorB2B is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our expanding Commercial Design team, the industry’s premier resource for comprehensive solutions that protect the buildings and residences where we work, live, and play. This role is a vital link between Endeavor's powerful digital marketing solutions and growing businesses poised for scalable growth. You will be responsible for uncovering immediate business challenges, educating clients on the strategic value of our products, and helping them achieve tangible growth through cost-effective and actionable strategies. You'll partner with owners and marketing managers to align our solutions with their business goals and help them build a foundation for long-term success. Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Seismic) for managing leads, pipeline, and client interactions
  • Present proposals clearly and concisely, using slides or simple documents to articulate value beyond just clicks and impressions.
  • Develop strong rapport and build trust quickly with business owners and marketing managers.
  • Maintain a problem-solving orientation, focusing on specific, tangible business problems and proposing relevant solutions.
  • Possess a basic understanding of marketing automation principles and how they can integrate with digital advertising.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within digital marketing or a related field.
  • A strong interest and developing knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and key performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Go beyond basic digital marketing understanding by applying knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles, and retargeting/remarketing to optimize client campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics and other platform data to inform strategy and report performance.
  • Maintain an awareness of content marketing strategies.
  • Use strong active listening skills to uncover both immediate pain points and deeper strategic objectives.
  • Adopt a solution-selling approach, crafting tailored, multi-channel solutions that address specific business problems.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations to both business owners and marketing professionals.
  • Master objection handling, and apply effective negotiation skills to meet client needs.
  • Align Endeavor's digital strategies with clients' broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Demonstrate a sharp focus on proving clear Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Introduce concepts like customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop structured campaign plans with clear objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
