About The Position

Momentum is looking for a driven, team player to join us as our newest Account Executive. This is an amazing opportunity for a detail-oriented candidate interested in the business side of our industry. This role joins our account management team, Business Leadership, and will work on some of our largest and emerging brands. An ideal candidate is someone with prior agency experience working on accounts, or experience on the client side. You will be exposed to Momentum’s strategic, creative and production process by shepherding project-related details to internal teams and client teams and directly supporting Sr. Account Executive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Previous experience developing and executing campaigns with focus on x.
  • Event experience – from development and planning to onsite support
  • Solid communication skills – written and verbal
  • Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
  • Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
  • Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates.
  • Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting multiple teams, clients and projects, navigating both new and veteran accounts.
  • Represent clients, developing and executing their sports sponsorship campaigns and events according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes
  • Analyze client results into actionable takeaways
  • Utilizes agency tools in conveying all necessary information (ie. creative briefs, job starts)
  • Solicit and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
  • Develop full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
  • Successfully participates and is involved in the management of project financials, including job reconciliation, in accordance with agency policy and procedure
  • Create estimates with understanding of fee structure and client parameters
  • Establishes effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams
  • Utilizes agency resources appropriately and efficiently
  • Mentors more junior team members as required
  • All other duties as assigned
