About The Position

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive (APAC) to join our growing GTM team and drive new business across enterprise customers across APAC. This is role is focused on landing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts in regulated industries. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing multi-stakeholder deals and driving long-term growth. You’ll collaborate closely with our CRO, CEO, Head of Partnerships and Product to bring the full power of Synthesized to our customers, while ensuring our technology continues to solve the real problems facing enterprise QA, data, and engineering teams today.

Requirements

  • You love to be a hunter
  • You are based in APAC timezone
  • 8–10+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Deep experience selling into Quality Engineering, QA, or related Enterprise Application landscapes
  • Demonstrated success breaking into and growing accounts in regulated industries (e.g. Financial Services, Government, Healthcare)
  • Experience working with partners in co-sell and GTM revenue motions
  • Highly skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engaging diverse buying groups
  • Exceptional communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a “One Team” mentality, you win by helping the team win
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven , you take ownership and deliver

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDPICC or Challenger is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quota while building trusted relationships with enterprise customers
  • Act as the leader of your territory, including owning pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to identify and win new logos
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business to expand market presence
  • Co-sell with system integrators and technology partners to accelerate growth
  • Lead executive-level conversations with C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align on GTM execution and customer needs
  • Use MEDPICC or a similar framework to manage complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene in CRM
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success
