About The Position

With general direction and supervision, this position is responsible for all account maintenance activity within InfoPro originating from SalesForce.com cases in support for our customers and the Billing Coordinators. Account maintenance would be a variety of standard as well as complex codes for deliveries, removals, service level changes and rate adds for all accounts, sites and container level billing information.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a high volume, fast paced, customer supporting environment.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a clerical position.

Responsibilities

  • Follows standard operating procedures for entering and setting up new accounts via requests from National Accounts management team and SalesForce.com cases that originate from the National Accounts Customer Service team.
  • Enters any additional pertinent data on existing accounts if warranted including service notes, tax information, line of business, disposal site information and STR data that determines sales team compensation.
  • Makes changes to service level information on existing accounts as requested and follows standard operating procedures.
  • Upon notification, makes changes in the information system to suspend accounts per store closures.
  • Receives requests for changes to data and accounts and acts accordingly. This includes but is not limited to entering hauler pricing information, setting up accounts and entering account corrections.
  • Enters billing adjustments in InfoPro as a result of adjustments made in CBS; could entail maintenance of urgent billing same day requests at a high volume to ensure customer requests/expectations are met.
  • Performs special projects as needed and assigned by the accounting and finance leadership team for audit account corrections and/or division requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
