•$25 - $33•Onsite

About The Position

The Account Coordinator supports the Contract Packaging sales team and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of brand customers. The role owns customer orders from purchase order through shipment, coordinating with production, the warehouse, and shipping to meet delivery dates. It is a fast-paced, high-volume, hands-on position involving many SKUs and moving parts, rather than a traditional corporate desk job. The position is based 100% onsite in the Inland Empire, California, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. It is non-exempt and pays $25.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience, with an annual bonus program. The employer is an established, fast-growing contract manufacturer with more than 30 years in business and approximately 400 employees. It produces personal care, cosmetic, household, and specialty products for national brands and manages more than 2,000 active SKUs. The company describes its culture as family-oriented, with accessible leadership and opportunities for strong performers to grow with the business. The work is primarily office-based, with regular time on the production floor and in the warehouse. Safety and dress requirements apply in those areas, and occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and some chemicals may occur.
