This role will assist the account executives and sales coordinator with basic/administrative support on sales related activities. Requirements

  • High school diploma or any combination of education and required experience.
  • 1 year experience in a sales, marketing, and/or customer service environment.
  • Beginner level knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office.
  • Beginner keyboarding skills
  • A life and health Insurance sales license is required within 45 days of hire.

  • Intermediate level knowledge of FACETS system
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related academic discipline

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Management team to execute or finish out various administrative tasks requested by brokers
  • Assign broker permissions on EasyApps e-enrollment system
  • Oversee processing of groups in EasyApps portal; troubleshoot issues with NBU/EA
  • Distribute and manage lead flow from interactive desktop and marketing activities
  • Handle various reporting requests from brokers including BSP utilization, ASO reports, etc.
  • Follow up on missed membership change requests
  • Communicate claims questions/issues from brokers/members and provide effective summary to account manager/broker
  • Manage groups being reallocated into new markets due to MLR results
