About The Position

Step into the excitement of casino entertainment and help us create unforgettable group experiences! As our Group Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the action supporting group bookings, special events, and a variety of experiences across the property. From coordinating hotel blocks to organizing special events, you’ll help deliver the kind of high energy hospitality that keeps guests coming back.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years previous experience in sales support, customer service, administrative work, or a hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient with standard office software.
  • Ability to manage schedules and spreadsheets.
  • Able to learn CRM or reservation systems.
  • Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California.

Nice To Haves

  • Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Initiation of group and/or transient sales activities and booking of same from existing and potential accounts.
  • Lead generation.
  • New business generation.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all privileged information.
  • Coordinating hotel blocks.
  • Organizing special events.
