Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related administrative work experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Efficient prioritization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus.
  • Tech savvy; must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn multiple software systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Health care and/or health insurance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with open enrollment materials, renewal presentations, and client communications.
  • Gather and organize information related to underwriting, marketing, analytics, and HR services.
  • Maintain accurate client, policy, and broker records within AMS and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate the RFP process, including carrier outreach, submissions, and deadline tracking.
  • Prepare client proposals, renewal documents, and supporting materials for Account Managers.
  • Maintain carrier updates and assist with scheduling client and carrier meetings.
  • Resolve client billing inquiries and coordinate invoice reconciliation with carriers.
  • Process and troubleshoot member enrollments within benefits administration and carrier systems.
  • Generate and distribute client reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as assigned.
