About The Position

Vapi is a Voice AI platform that enables the deployment of voice agents capable of understanding businesses and resolving issues efficiently. The company has experienced significant growth, serving major clients like Amazon Ring, ServiceTitan, and Intuit, and has recently secured a $50M Series B funding round, bringing the total raised to $72M. Vapi is looking for an Account Based Marketing professional to build and lead their ABM program.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience specifically in ABM or enterprise demand generation, with a proven track record of pipeline results.
  • Fluency in the ABM tech stack, including HubSpot/Salesforce, Clay, intent platforms, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Ability to translate a developer-first platform into compelling narratives for both technical and business buyers.
  • Strong partnership skills with Sales and Marketing teams, including experience embedding with AEs and SDRs and conducting account planning.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable operating without a predefined playbook, moving quickly, and elevating enterprise marketing standards.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the ABM program end-to-end, including tiering accounts, defining the target universe, and orchestrating personalized multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Drive pipeline from named accounts by working closely with Sales and SDRs, developing account-specific content and outbound strategies.
  • Utilize intent data and buying signals from platforms like Clay, reo.dev, and HubSpot to time outreach and convert anonymous signals into pipeline opportunities.
  • Design executive engagement and field programs, such as executive dinners, VIP event tracks, and bespoke content, to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Own ABM reporting and attribution, tracking account engagement, pipeline influence, and deal velocity, and present findings to leadership weekly.
