About The Position

We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Associates to join our growing sales team in a fully remote role. The position involves helping clients make confident financial decisions by understanding their goals, recommending relevant services, and supporting them through onboarding and product selection. Associates also use a CRM to log activity, track follow-ups, and help ensure a smooth client experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to stay organized in a remote setting.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or messaging.
• Learn about clients’ goals and recommend relevant services.
• Guide clients through onboarding and product selection.
