Account Asset Specialist - Lebanon, IN
About The Position
In this role, you’ll support and manage inventory programs at customer locations while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will implement and manage crib/inventory programs at customer sites to ensure consistent material availability and minimize downtime for customers. You will monitor, analyze, and maintain inventory levels to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and ensure the right products are on hand when needed. You will perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and installed base evaluations to maintain data integrity and support informed decisions. You will identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and standardization to increase efficiency and reduce costs for both the customer and the business. You will deliver, receive, stock, and replenish materials at customer locations to keep operations running smoothly and maintain service reliability. You will also promote value-added services and identify product conversion opportunities to enhance customer operations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of electrical product experience; Counter sales or industrial maintenance
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be 21 years of age)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette
- Self-directed, independent work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills
- Credible, responsive team-player
- Reading and math skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
