About The Position

In this role, you’ll support and manage inventory programs at customer locations while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for improvement. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of electrical product experience; Counter sales or industrial maintenance
A clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must be 21 years of age)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette
Self-directed, independent work ethic
Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills
Credible, responsive team-player
Reading and math skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage crib/inventory programs at customer sites to ensure consistent material availability and minimize downtime for customers
Monitor, analyze, and maintain inventory levels to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and ensure the right products are on hand when needed
Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and installed base evaluations to maintain data integrity and support informed decisions
Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and standardization to increase efficiency and reduce costs for both the customer and the business
Deliver, receive, stock, and replenish materials at customer locations to keep operations running smoothly and maintain service reliability
Promote value-added services and identify product conversion opportunities to enhance customer operations
