About The Position

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Analyst to support Account Managers in enhancing engagement with Partner organizations and improving partner experience across Forum activities. This role focuses on business engagement operations, facilitating efficient day-to-day business administration with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and data quality. The Account Analyst will interact with Account Managers, Finance, Contract Management, and various industry and government engagement groups. The position reports to the Director, Financial Services Industries.

Requirements

Working knowledge and experience of sales cycle management, account management, or market research is a must.

Proficient in working with MS Office.
Proficient in working with Salesforce preferred, experience with other CRM tools a plus.
Proficiency in working with AI solutions preferred – knowledge of Chat GPT and Slack a plus.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Management or another relevant field.
1+ years of full-time experience in a business development or relationship management role in a fast-changing professional environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and deliver onboarding for Partners in collaboration with Account Managers, including preparing agendas, coordinating internally, preparing documents/presentations, supporting logistics, and introducing digital tools.
Track registrations for the team, provide status overviews, support registration and event-related queries, conduct first-level account checks, collate nominations and bilateral meeting shortlists, schedule bilateral meetings, and build briefing documents.
Maintain accurate account data for the portfolio, liaise with Business Services to address Salesforce issues, and ensure efficient deployment of digital tools within the team.
Manage contracts accurately and timely in compliance with internal policies, liaise with Finance and Accounts Receivables to reduce billing errors, manage invoice delivery, corrections, track overdue invoices, and work with Account Managers to reduce receivables.
Manage operations for team meetings, support the planning and execution of special projects, track timelines and milestones, and monitor key industry developments, media reports, and policy changes.
