About The Position

Our robust solution is a complete CRM platform that allows real estate professionals to seamlessly manage & nurture their clients and grow their business. We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Advisor to support and grow our existing client base. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving customer value, and identifying opportunities for expansion within assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is proactifve, consultative, and deeply invested in client success—able to align solutions to evolving business needs while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to identify client needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with revenue responsibility
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of existing clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals, priorities, and success metrics
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, share insights, and identify new opportunities
  • Partner with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of solutions
  • Collaborate with customer success, support, product, and sales teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience
  • Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for retention
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and CRM data
