Responsibilities

Welcome new members through digital channels, helping them open accounts with ease and confidence
Support existing members with account management, services, and questions through online, chat, phone, and email interactions
Guide members through digital banking tools, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience
Identify opportunities to offer loans and financial solutions that align with each member’s goals
Assist with loan applications, closings, and funding for products like credit cards and lines of credit
Resolve complex account inquiries and transactions with accuracy and care
Educate members on financial products, services, and digital best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support across all channels
