This role is for a Sales Account Advisor within the Wellbore Construction team, focusing on Completions and Wellbore Intervention services. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years of experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention (Liner Hangers) product line.
  • Demonstrated capacity to influence & lead others
  • Excellent listening, spoken, & written communication skills in English
  • Ability to balance multiple simultaneous external & internal demands
  • Precise observation skills & strong problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Sales experience
  • Previous field and operational experience
  • Experience with Liner Hangers.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to support sales to accounts throughout the region

Responsibilities

  • Defend the safety & quality performance of the Baker Hughes brand by anticipating customer needs & affirming adherence to standards during rapid response situations.
  • Close sufficient profitable business to achieve the revenue/margin plan, managing activity & delivery risks.
  • Develop strong personal relationships to understand customer needs, influence decisions, & drive results that improve their business.
  • Propose technical solutions for customer-specific applications and remain engaged through successful execution to payment.
  • Report the activity pipeline for accounts to support quantifying industry spend & Baker Hughes share/plan.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast of activity for operations to support equipment & capacity planning.
